Global Infrastructure Team
IFM's global infrastructure team has operational, financial and portfolio management expertise. IFM's investment professionals combine over 120 years of experience at the senior level and have demonstrated an ability to work across continents as a single collaborative, effective investment team. IFM has a seasoned, global team of 39 infrastructure investment professionals located in New York, London and Melbourne and is supported by a dedicated team of nine legal and tax professionals.
Before joining IFM, individual team members held prominent positions across the globe in investment and commercial banking, asset management, accounting and law, utility regulation, and various operating industries such as energy, transportation, telecommunications and industrials. As a result, IFM's global infrastructure team brings to bear a comprehensive range of experience including investment sourcing, operating partner selection, underwriting, due diligence, finance, structuring, and asset management. As a group, the IFM global infrastructure team represents more than 12 nationalities speaking 13 different languages, and with extensive transaction experience across North America, the United Kingdom, Continental Europe and Australia. Our global team collaborates on a continuous basis both to assess global and regional trends and to evaluate and complete individual investments.
