Joshua Lim, Executive Director - Commercial. Mr Lim joined us in April 2007. Prior to joining IFM, Mr Lim had 12 years of experience at PricewaterhouseCoopers, Allens Arthur Robinson and Blake Dawson where he focused on tax structuring, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate law. He holds a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) and a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Melbourne.

Azhar Abidi, Director, Sustainability and Responsible Investment. Mr Abidi joined us in July 2003 and was an Investment Director in the Infrastructure Group until being appointed to his current role in June 2009. Prior to joining IFM, Mr Abidi was an Associate at Hastings Funds Management for six years, focused on infrastructure investments. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Honours) in Electrical Engineering from Imperial College of Science, Technology & Medicine (London) and a Master of Business Administration from the Melbourne Business School.

Cara Elsley, Commercial Director. Ms Elsley joined us in November 2007. Prior to joining IFM, Ms Elsley was a Solicitor with Corrs Chambers Westgarth in Banking and Finance, focusing on project financing and Public Private Projects. From 2005 to 2007, she worked with ME Bank in Capital Markets. She holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Science from Deakin University and is admitted to practice law by the Supreme Court of Victoria.

Gabriel Gati, Commercial Director. Mr Gati joined us in April 2008. Prior to joining IFM, Mr Gati had eight years of legal experience focused on mergers and acquisitions, infrastructure and private equity as a Senior Solicitor at Chapman Tripp and as a Senior Associate at Freehills. He holds a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) and a Bachelor of Arts (History) from the University of Auckland, where he received a senior prize in law. He also holds a Graduate Certificate in Applied Finance and Investment from the Financial Services Institute of Australasia.

Mandeep Mundae, Commercial Director. Mr Mundae joined us in March 2010. Prior to joining IFM, Mr Mundae was a Senior Associate with Freehills. Prior to this, Mr Mundae has spent time in Abu Dhabi after being seconded to Macquarie Bank to oversee a joint venture with the Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce and a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) from Melbourne University and was admitted as a Barrister and Solicitor to the Supreme Court of Victoria and High Court of Australian in 2002.

Sam Magee, Commercial Director. Mr Magee joined us in August 2005. Prior to joining IFM, Mr Magee was a Senior Associate in the Infrastructure and Projects Group at Baker & McKenzie for two years, and a Solicitor and Articled Clerk at Mallesons Stephen Jacques for four years. He holds a Bachelor of Science and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Tasmania and a Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance and Investment from the Financial Services Institute of Australasia.

Lawrence Wong, Commercial Director. Mr Wong joined us in May 2008. Prior to joining IFM, Mr Wong was a Principal at Deloitte advising on cross-border mergers and acquisitions, and financing transactions. From 2004 to 2005 he was a Tax Manager at Barclays Bank and previously a Tax Consultant at PricewaterhouseCoopers. He holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Commerce from Monash University and a Graduate Diploma of Chartered Accounting from the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia.

Peter Mordue, Commercial Director. Mr Mordue joined us in November 2009. Prior to joining IFM, Mr Mordue had over two years experience as a Capital Markets Solicitor with Mallesons Stephen Jaques. Prior to this, he was a Solicitor with Phillips Fox. Mr Mordue holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Science, from Monash University.

Jin Min Song, Tax Associate. Mr Song joined us in January 2011. Prior to joining IFM, Mr Song was employed with Ernst & Young, starting as a Graduate in 2003 and progressing to his most recent role of Manager within the Transaction Tax group. He has experience in complex Mergers and Acquisition transactions, advising private equity funds and investment banks on the taxation implications of these transactions, assisting clients in mitigating their transaction risk, as well as advising multinational and ASX listed clients across various industries on Australian and international taxation matters. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Monash University and is CA qualified.

Gerard Fullarton, Risk and Compliance Manager. Mr Fullarton joined us in September 2010. Prior to joining IFM, Mr Fullarton held various positions such as Senior Manager Credit Risk and Manager Risk and Compliance with the National Australia Bank. Mr Fullarton holds a Bachelor of Business (Banking and Finance) and a Graduate Certificate in Risk Management, both from Monash University.
