Kyle Mangini, Global Head of Infrastructure. Mr Mangini joined us in May 2007. Prior to joining IFM, Mr. Mangini had over 17 years of investment banking experience focused primarily in the infrastructure sector. Mr Mangini's past roles include senior positions with Credit Suisse First Boston and SBC Warburg in the United States, Asia and Australia. He holds dual Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Government from Wesleyan University.

Michael Hanna, Head of Infrastructure - Australia. Mr Hanna is responsible for evaluating, implementing and managing infrastructure investments in the Australian market and for managing the Melbourne team. Prior to joining IFM, he worked with the Victorian Department of Treasury and Finance and was previously an Associate with global engineers Arup in both the UK and Australia. Mr Hanna represents IFM on the board of Interlink Roads.

Michael Thompson, Executive Director. Mr Thomson joined IFM in February 2008 and has extensive experience in the energy and infrastructure sectors having worked in a variety of corporate advisory and investment banking roles. Prior to joining IFM, he was National Head of Energy Mergers and Acquisitions at PricewaterhouseCoopers in Australia and held senior roles at Westpac Banking Corporation, Citigroup and Merrill Lynch.  Michael represents IFM on the boards of North American Energy Alliance and Colonial Pipeline Company. Mr Thomson also worked IFM’s New York office on secondment. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree form the University of Melbourne.

Julio Garcia, Executive Director. Mr Garcia joined us in January 2008. Prior to joining IFM, Mr Garcia was a Principal at Viant Group in San Francisco for five years. Previously, he also held positions with Bank of America, Robertson Stephens and Gemini Consulting. He holds a Master of Business Administration from the Stanford University Graduate School of Business and a Bachelor of Arts (Public Policy) from Stanford University and is a Graduate Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Adrian Croft, Investment Director. Mr Croft joined us in July 2009. Prior to IFM, Mr Croft was employed with Credit Suisse (formerly Credit Suisse First Boston - CSFB) since 1998 and, for the past 3½ years, he held the position of Vice President, Leveraged Finance, Credit Suisse (Tokyo office) where he managed all aspects of arranging leveraged and structured financings for corporate and private equity clients. He has also worked in the New York and Melbourne offices of CSFB prior to his appointment to the Tokyo office. Mr Croft holds a Bachelor of Economics (Honours)/Bachelor of Laws (Honours) from the University of Sydney.

Michael Landman, Investment Director. Mr Landman joined us in March 2007. Prior to joining IFM, Mr Landman spent 17 years in a variety of positions with BHP Billiton. His final position with BHP Billiton was as Manager, Acquisitions and Divestments. He holds a Bachelor of Science (Honours) from the University of Melbourne, a Ph.D. in Applied Mathematics from the California Institute of Technology, and a Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance and Investment from the Financial Services Institute of Australasia.

Marigold Look, Investment Director. Ms Look joined us in September 2006. Prior to joining IFM, Ms Look was employed with Wilson HTM as an Industrial Equities Analyst and previously worked in the Corporate Finance division of PricewaterhouseCoopers specialising in corporate valuations and strategy. She holds a Bachelor of Accounting from Monash University, is a Fellow of the Financial Services Institute of Australasia and is a CFA charterholder.

Janice Morris, Investment Director. Ms Morris joined us in Melbourne in August 2000 and rejoined in July 2006 in London after the opening of our UK office. She worked with Ernst & Young in London in the transaction services team as a senior executive in 2005, and from 1997 to 2000, she was with Ernst & Young in Melbourne as a senior accountant in the assurance and advisory business services division. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Melbourne and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants.

Jill Rossouw, Investment Director. Ms Rossouw joined us in October 2004. Prior to joining IFM, Ms Rossouw was Associate Director in PricewaterhouseCoopers' Project Finance Group, having joined the firm in 1999. From 1998 to 1999, she held the role of Manager, Direct Equity Investments, GE Capital Australia and New Zealand. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce (summa cum laude) from the University of Natal (South Africa) and a Master of Philosophy Degree (in Finance) from the University of Cambridg

Danny Elia, Investment Director. Mr Elia joined IFM in October 2011 as an Investment Director. At IFM his primary focus is the asset management strategy of the two IFM Infrastructure Funds. Mr Elia previously worked as the Director of the SA Health Partnership, Spotless and Hansen Yuncken to deliver the New Royal Adelaide Hospital PPP. Prior to this, he held a number of senior management roles including General Manager, CityLink and Victoria for Transurban Group; CFO, COO and Company Secretary for Axiom Energy Limited; Finance Director of Logistics for Linfox Asia Pacific; and Finance Director and Company Secretary for General Mills. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Melbourne. Danny has also completed Advanced Media and Communications Training with Red River Consulting and an Advanced Leadership Development Program at Mt Eliza Business School.

Manish Rastogi, Vice President. Mr Rastogi joined us in September 2009. Prior to joining IFM, Mr Rastogi had one years experience as a Senior Associate with O'Sullivan Partners (Sydney). Prior to this, Mr Rastogi was an Associate at Lehman Brothers in the Telecoms and Media M&A team in London. Mr Rastogi also held positions with Singapore Telecom Optus and Cable & Wireless. He holds a Masters in Business Administration from London Business School and a Bachelor of Engineering (Honours) from University of Melbourne.

Neil Doherty, Associate. Mr Doherty joined IFM in October 2008 and specialises in transaction research and execution, asset management and portfolio management. He has worked on transactions in both Australia and Europe in the airports, energy and PPP sectors. Prior to joining IFM, Mr Doherty held roles at ANZ and KPMG. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Melbourne.

Andrew Dagley, Associate.  Mr Dagley joined IFM with six years experience in the Utilities and Infrastructure sectors across a variety of roles in investment banking, funds management and corporate. Previously, he worked as Executive Manager Finance at Roaring 40s, a renewable energy developer, and as an Associate with Flinders Corporate Finance, a boutique investment bank specialising in Utilities and Infrastructure. Most recently, Mr Dagley worked within the Infrastructure Team at Retail Employees Superannuation Trust where he was involved with the financing of the Collgar Wind Farm in Western Australia. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) Finance from the University of Melbourne.

May Soh, Associate.  Ms Soh joined IFM from Crown Limited, where she worked in International Business Development & Investor Relations, responsible for consulting on various business improvement projects for Crown's key assets. Prior to this, she was an Executive at Macquarie Capital where she worked on buy-side M&A, funds management, debt and equity financings, as well as management of a US asset. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce and Engineering (Honours) from the University of Melbourne.

Timothy May, Investment Analyst. Mr May joined us in January 2011. Prior to joining IFM, Mr May worked with KPMG Corporate Finance as an Analyst for two years focusing on infrastructure project development. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce (First Class Honours) from the University of Melbourne and has completed Level I and II exams of the CFA Program.

Jeff Lu, Investment Analyst. Mr Lu joined us in February 2011. Prior to joining IFM, Mr Lu worked for 1.5 years as a Consultant with PricewaterhouseCoopers, where he focused on auditing clients in the financial services industry. Previously, he held an internship with Macquarie Capital Advisors in Beijing and worked as a paralegal with Maurice Blackburn Lawyers in Melbourne. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Laws from the University of Melbourne.

Antony Tirtaatmadja, Investment Analyst. Mr Tirtaatmadja joined us in February 2011. Prior to joining IFM, he worked for 1.5 years as a Strategy Consultant with Corporate Value Associates, where he specialised in corporate strategy, modelling and analysing data, benchmarking and preparing marketing documents. He also completed an internship in investment banking with Macquarie Capital Advisors. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce and Engineering (First Class Honours) as well as a Diploma in Modern Languages from the University of Melbourne.

Christian Scott-Mackenzie, Investment Analyst.  Mr Scott-Mackenzie joined us in July 2011.  Prior to joining IFM, Christian previously held internships with JP Morgan Chase where he was responsible for market analysis and financial modelling, and Macquarie Bank where he provided support to the Corporate & Asset Finance Division.  He has completed his Level II CFA studies.

Rachel Iasiello, Investment Analyst.  Ms Iasiello joined us in July 2011.  Prior to joining IFM, Rachel worked as a tutor at the University of Adelaide teaching Accounting Theory III.  She has also worked as an Assistant Accountant with Semmons Financial Solutions Pty Ltd (Adelaide).  Here she specialised in Tax, Accounting, Audit, Financial Planning (primarily for SMSFs).  Rachel also spent time doing an internship at a small, local financial planning firm in addition to completing the Institute of Chartered Accountants 'Achiever' Work placement in 2007-08.
