Alec Montgomery, Head of Infrastructure - North America. Mr Montgomery joined us in October 2008. Prior to joining IFM, Mr Montgomery had 15 years of banking experience focused on project and infrastructure finance. Most recently he was the head of the infrastructure finance business at the Royal Bank of Scotland in New York. Prior to RBS, he served in senior positions with Credit Agricole Indosuez (New York), Deutsche Bank (New York), and the Union Bank of Switzerland (in New York and Zurich). Prior to working in the banking industry, Mr Montgomery worked in real estate development and provided econometric consulting services to electric utilities. He holds an AB in Economics from Harvard College and a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in International Finance from Babson College. |

Lars Bespolka, Investment Director. Mr Bespolka joined us in February 2008. Prior to joining IFM, Mr Bespolka was a Director at Credit Suisse having served in their New York, Melbourne, Sydney, Hong Kong and Singapore offices. During his investment banking career, he was group head of Credit Suisse's power and project finance group in Asia-Pacific. He holds a Bachelor of Science from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. |

Brooks Kaufman, Investment Director. Mr Kaufman joined us in August 2010. Prior to joining IFM, Mr Kaufman was Vice President - Finance with Soltage (New Jersey), a renewable energy company which develops and operates solar energy assets on client structures across the USA. From 2004-2009, he held the positions of Vice President - Global Corporate Investment Banking, Energy and Power, with Banc of America Securities (New York), and was Vice President - Investment Banking at Fieldstone Private Capital Group (New York). From 1995 to 2003, he worked with Mirant Corporation, formerly Southern Energy, Inc, (Atlanta) in the position of Finance Manager in Corporate Treasury and Business Development. Mr Kaufman holds an MBA with concentrations in Accounting and Finance from New York University Stern School of Business and a BA with concentrations in Economics, English Literature and Political Science from Colgate University. |

Jamie Cemm, Investment Director. Mr Cemm joined us in November 2010. Prior to joining IFM, Mr. Cemm worked with Macquarie Capital Funds for five years (London, New York) as an Asset Manager focusing on the acquisition, development and management of new and existing assets within the European, North and Latin American portfolios. Prior to Macquarie, Mr Cemm held commercial management positions within the construction industry, focusing on the delivery of civil, mining and industrial projects throughout Australia. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering from the University of Melbourne. |

Anthony Edwards, Investment Director. Mr Edwards joined IFM in July 2011 from The Royal Bank of Scotland plc – New York, where he was Director Infrastructure Finance responsible for leading the infrastructure business in North America for both debt and advisory. Prior to this Mr Edwards held roles with The Royal Bank of Scotland plc – London where he worked on the Infrastructure Advisory team as well as in the Project & Export. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree with First Class Hons (Kent) and is a Chartered Accountant. |

Wei-Sun Teh, Associate. Mr Teh joined us in October 2009. Prior to joining IFM, Mr Teh had three years experience as a Utilities and Infrastructure Equities Analyst with the Commonwealth Bank of Australia. Prior to this, Mr Teh was an Auditor with PricewaterhouseCoopers. He is a CFA charterholder and holds a Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Information Systems from the University of Melbourne. |

Trisha Chhaya, Associate. Ms Chhaya joined us in July 2010. Prior to joining IFM, Ms Chhaya held the position of Investment Banking Associate with CIT Energy focusing on power, renewables and energy technology. She was also previously an Investment Banking Analyst with Wachovia Securities concentrating on transactions in the oil, gas, media and telecom sectors. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Systems Engineering from the University of Virginia, School of Engineering and Applied Sciences, and a Minor in Business from the McIntire School of Commerce. |

Kittredge Murphy, Associate. Ms Murphy joined the New York team in May 2011 having gained six years experience in the power and utilities sector. Prior to joining IFM, she was a Director of Business Development at Blue Source LLC, a leading carbon infrastructure investment firm and renewable energy development company. Ms Murphy began her career in 2005 with Bank of America Securities’ Natural Resources Investment Banking Team. There she focused on M&A related work for renewable and traditional electric generation assets as well as electricity and gas utilities. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics & Russian Area Studies from the Washington and Lee University. |

Acheareus Hart, Associate. Mr Hart joined the New York team in February 2012 as an Associate, Infrastructure - North America. Mr Hart's responsibilities are to research and prepare investment strategies and ensure portfolio files are maintained and compliant through monitoring and reporting, as directed by the Head of Infrastructure - North America. Previously, Mr Hart worked at America Merrill Lynch Bank as an Energy and Power Associate and Energy and Power Analyst where he specialised in regulated utilities, independent power producers and renewable energy companies. He holds a Bachelor of Science majoring in Finance and Accounting from Indiana University, Bloomington. |

Avery Brooks, Investment Analyst. Mr Brooks joined the New York team in March 2012. At IFM Mr Brooks is responsible for analysing investment proposals and preparing investment performance reporting as directed by the Head of Infrastructure – North America. Prior to joining IFM, he worked as Investment Banking Analyst in the Energy Group at Bank of America Merrill Lynch where he was responsible for capital management analysis in the oil, natural gas exploration and production sector. Mr Brooks holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Boston College. |

Brian W. Clarke, Executive Director Business Development (North America). Mr Clarke joined us in February 2011 to manage the Firm's business development, fundraising and client relationship efforts in North America. Prior to joining IFM, Mr Clarke was Senior Managing Director, Head of Sales in North America, with Macquarie Capital USA. He has also held the position of Senior Vice President, Head of Sales at Refco Alternative Investments, President and Founder of Cornerstone Partners, LLC, Vice President for Advancement and Secretary to the Board of St Mary's College of Maryland as well as President of St Mary's College of Maryland Foundation, Inc. He holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of Maryland, graduating with Honours. |

Josefina ("Jojo") Granoff, Investor Relations Director. Ms Granoff joined us in March 2010. Prior to joining IFM, Ms Granoff was a Vice President at Lehman Brothers for 10 years, serving as a member of the Real Estate Private Equity Investor Relations team and as Head of Investor Relations for Lehman's Private Equity business. Previously, she held positions in the Capital Markets group at Trust Company of the West. Ms Granoff holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, majoring in Financial Management and a Master of Business Administration from the University of the Philippines. |
