Kyle Mangini, Global Head of Infrastructure. Mr Mangini joined us in May 2007. Prior to joining IFM, Mr Mangini had over 17 years of investment banking experience focused primarily in the infrastructure sector. Mr Mangini's past roles include senior positions with Credit Suisse First Boston and SBC Warburg in the United States, Asia and Australia. He holds dual Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Government from Wesleyan University. |

Michael Hanna, Head of Infrastructure - Australia. Mr Hanna is responsible for evaluating, implementing and managing infrastructure investments in the Australian market and for managing the Melbourne team. Prior to joining IFM, Mr Hanna worked with the Victorian Department of Treasury and Finance and was previously an Associate with global engineers Arup in both the UK and Australia. He represents IFM on the board of Interlink Roads. |

Christian Seymour, Head of Infrastructure - Europe. Mr Seymour joined us in March 2004. Prior to joining IFM, Mr Seymour had 17 years of experience focused on energy infrastructure and held commercial and technical management positions at Duke Energy, BHP Billiton, Bechtel Enterprises and Woodside Petroleum. He holds a Master of Commercial Law from the University of Melbourne, a Master of Business Administration from the Queensland University of Technology and a Bachelor of Engineering (Honors First Class) from the University of Queensland. |

Alec Montgomery, Head of Infrastructure - North America. Mr Montgomery joined us in October 2008. Prior to joining IFM, Mr Montgomery had 15 years of banking experience focused on project and infrastructure finance. Most recently he was the head of the infrastructure finance business at the Royal Bank of Scotland in New York. Prior to RBS, he served in senior positions with Credit Agricole Indosuez (New York), Deutsche Bank (New York), and the Union Bank of Switzerland (in New York and Zurich). Prior to working in the banking industry, he worked in real estate development and provided econometric consulting services to electric utilities. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Harvard College and a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in International Finance from Babson College. |

Julio Garcia, Executive Director. Mr Garcia has over 14 years experience in asset management, investment banking and strategy consulting. He has executed private capital investments, leveraged recapitalisations, negotiated mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, as well as initial and secondary public offerings across a variety of industries. Prior to joining IFM, Mr Garcia was a Principal at Viant Group in San Francisco. In this role his responsibilities included evaluating potential investments, seeking investment capital from institutional investors, and advising on merger and acquisition transactions. Previously, Mr Garcia held positions with Bank of America, Robertson Stephens and Gemini Consulting. He is a Director of the Port of Brisbane, Northern Territory Airports, Ecogen Energy and Wyuna Water. |

Manoj Mehta, Executive Director. Prior to joining IFM, Mr Mehta was a Principal in the Corporate Finance team at Transport for London from 2004 to 2007 and a Vice President in the Infrastructure Advisory Group at Citigroup, where he spent over six years. From 1994 to 1997 he was a Consultant with the Boston Consulting Group in Paris for three years and Vice President in the Infrastructure Advisory Group at Citigroup, where he spent over six years. From 1994 to 1997 he worked as a Consultant with the Boston Consulting Group in Paris. Mr Mehta represents IFM on the boards of Wales & West Utilities, 50Hertz and Anglian Water (Alternate). |

Michael Thompson, Executive Director. Mr Thompson joined us in February 2008. Prior to joining IFM, Mr Thompson had 16 years of experience in the energy and infrastructure sectors in a variety of corporate advisory and investment banking roles. He was National Head of Energy Mergers and Acquisitions at PricewaterhouseCoopers in Australia and also held senior roles at Westpac Banking Corporation, Citigroup and Merrill Lynch. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Melbourne. |

Frederic Michel-Verdier, Executive Director. Prior to joining IFM, Mr Michel-Verdier worked as a Director of Corporate Finance at ING Barings in London for seven years, SG Investment Banking for four years, and Ernst and Young for three years. He represents IFM on the boards of Dalkia Polska and Wales & West Utilities (Alternate). |
